Job Description
Executive: Nedbank Africa Regions Marketing and Communications will be responsible for development and ownership of the cluster specific Marketing and Communications strategy and plans aligned to business strategy. This role has oversight of the cluster specific marketing and communications initiatives that will be delivered through the central delivery squads. They are ultimately responsible for overseeing delivery against the Cluster Marketing and Communications strategy and calendar aligned to the overall cluster strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop all Marketing and Communications strategies for cluster, from initial concept to overseeing final delivery through central teams / squadsEnsure ROI measurement across different engagement platforms inclusive of digital, leveraging the central teamsLead the collective Marketing & Communications cluster to grow and build the cluster brand, by developing plans aligned to central team planning for all Marketing disciplines, ensuring quality delivery to drive exceptional client experience, supported by well-designed actionable metrics that are used for future decision makingProvide direction on leveraging research insights to develop Customer Value Propositions (CVP) and Thought Leadership positions to cluster teams, integrating them into all Marketing plansIntegrate the Brand strategy into the overall business strategy of cluster working across all Marketing platformsOperational execution of missionsForm part of the Enterprise Marketing planning process to ensure cluster marketing calendar for strategy, data and brand is incorporated in the Enterprise Marketing processOversee mission delivery for the cluster to ensure alignment with strategyEstablish governance frameworkOversee the implementation of process governance to ensure relevant delivery against the established strategyApprove guardrails and budgets for cluster marketingAnalyse mission data and trends to enhance efficiencies and marketing activities and provide insights to central teams for continuous improvementData and Insights
