Job DescriptionDrive digitisation of the Business and Commercial Banking SA Credit and Lending environment by:Developing and building digital solutions for processes across all products and client segmentsGuiding and streamlining human/manual aspects of processes to enhance efficiency and user experienceSupporting the re-platforming of legacy credit systemsThereby, creating an end-to-end lending experience that is competitive in the markets we operate in that will foster a client-centric approach to credit decision-making in support of BCB SA's asset growth aspirations.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Comprehensive experience in the Credit and Banking environment, understanding how the respective environments work individually and together understanding of Credit processes, automation of processes and scorecards / automated decision-making processes, as well as optimization of existing processes throughout the credit life cycle.
Experience
Field of Study: Business Commerce OR Information Technology. BCom Law can also be advantageous.Experience Required
