This ultra luxurious international hotel offers private villa style accommodation with personalised service from the intimate fine dining meal experience, exotic luxury spa, sumptuous world-class decor standards to private guided wine tours, cellar presentations and personal butlers and sommeliers.We are in search of a professional young lady to take on the GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER / CONCIERGE position at the front gallery entrance to welcome and check-in all guests, confirm and execute special requests for rooms, meals, tours, spa bookings etc and ensure that the entire guest experience is absolutely seamless in every possible way.

Experience
At least 3 years previous experience within a similar 5* deluxe hotel positionA formal Hotel / Hospitality Management Diploma / Degree
