Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional mannerManage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departmentsMaintain a tidy and organized reception areaHandle inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and employeesAssist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookingsReceive and sort daily mail and deliveriesCoordinate and maintain office supplies inventorySupport various administrative tasks as needed

Experience
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar roleExcellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
