Full job descriptionHire Resolve's client is looking for a skilled SHERQ Officer in the Food Manufacturing industry.The SHERQ Officer will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations within the food manufacturing facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities::Develop, implement, and maintain the safety, health, environmental, and quality policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issuesCoordinate and conduct training programs to ensure employees are informed and adhere to safety and quality protocolsInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actionsMaintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and quality activities
