Job Description
The Vice President of Administration is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of facilities management, physical security, transport, and administrative functions within the organization. This role will ensure the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of all company buildings, infrastructure, and logistics, while also focusing on the security and transportation needs of the organization. The VP will provide leadership in these areas to ensure that they align with the company's overall goals and objectives, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth BPO environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Provide executive leadership to facilities management, physical security, transport, and administrative functions. Responsibilities + Skills
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
Education
Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to set and implement long-term strategies for managing facilities, security, transport, and administrative functions that align with the company's goals.
