This role’s primary function is to maintain the service standards of our lodge through on-the–floor management and supervision. It requires the individual to interact with guests daily and ensure that their stay is as memorable as possible. This person has to be wherever the action is so strong time-management and planning skills are essential.It is ideal for someone who has come from the lodge industry who understands the personalised attention to detail required for the job.
