Implement and maintain operational controls in line/within budgetary requirementsMaintain standard food preparation and presentationEnsure quality of food preparation, presentation and service is up to standard by meeting all quality / star grading standards in all areas of responsibilityQ-pro, OSHACT and GMP complianceEvent Management , Unit Administration

Education
MatricNational Diploma in Hospitality Management or any relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Experience
Minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar roleMy Market / Menutec / ERP experience advantageous
