Job Description
Develop and oversee the implementation of the change of the policy administration system for Outsourced Business. This includes participation in and design contribution to system build, integration into new PAS and migration journey strategy that manages the delivery and governance of the programme in a manner that ensures a seamless transition for both business partners and internal stakeholders, to meet business strategic objectives.

Education
Identify the future capabilities (People, Product, Process and Technology) that will enable the strategy; and defining a multi-year roadmap for delivery of capabilities.
Experience
5 years Short Term Insurance Business Management Experience at senior level.Experience across Personal and Commercial LinesSolid Track record in complex system re-design and delivery on an enterprise scale.
