The specialist BA links and aligns the business mission, strategy, and processes to the IT strategy. This is documented using multiple models or views that show how current and future needs will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner. The role brings together business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes effectively. The specialist BA has mastered industry-recognized knowledge areas for Business Analysis and operates at high levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexity.
