Matric/ Grade 12RE QualificationFAIS compliant (30 credits)Minimum 2 years experience in Personal Lines Short Term InsuranceMinimum 5 years experience in Commercial Lines Short Term Insurance

Experience in a client service environmentExperience in contact centre technology applicationsGood understanding of contact centre processes and SLAs
