Full job descriptionWe’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Collections Manager to lead our Collections Operations, optimize performance, and drive recovery outcomes aligned with business goals. Qualifications: Education: Matric (required) Diploma or Degree in a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 -8 years in collections, with at least 2–3 years in a Collections leadership or managerial role. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of debt collection laws (NCA, Debt Collectors Act) Experience with dialer systems and CRM tools Good grasp of productivity and capacity planning Ability to connect risk and recovery strategies with operational execution
