This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company and contribute to its continued success.:Responsibilities:Assistant to Financial Manager in all general account mattersManaging all aspects of customer and supplier accounts - setting up of debtor and supplier accounts with terms and conditionsDealing with customer and supplier queries and resolving them; ensuring customers pay on time and following up on any overdue paymentsReview debt recovery procedures, stop supply of goods and service to customer with overdue amount following up on arrears and making sure the money comes in; sending out invoices and statements to customers
