Our Elite, High end Fusion Style Restaurant Client in Midrand Gauteng is looking for a versatile well rounded F&B Autitor FOH & BOH with HR background. Your knowledge and expertise and attention to detail will be greatly needed for the busy high energy. You will be in charge of the restaurant group for this function.

Education
FOH and BOH strongExtensive computer experience and proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, OutlookReporting and training very importantRelevant Operating knowledge of variance and how to work and correct it.
Experience
Not Negotiable Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a restaurant environment and at least 2-3 years F&B management
