An organic farm supplying luxury lodges is seeking a talented candidate with robust administrative skills, computer literacy, and knowledge in personal assistant tasks. Familiarity with Panstrat software is advantageous, and training can be provided if needed.Key Responsibilities:Farm Invoices: Efficiently manage and organize invoices associated with farm operations.Farm Availability List: Maintain an updated list of available farm produce.Lodge Orders: Coordinate and organize orders for lodges..Arrivals/Departures Admin: Oversee administrative tasks related to guest arrivals and departures.Stock Control: Manage stock in the Deli, Container, and Coldroom, including issuing and overall management.Price List Management: Regularly update the price list with new items and compare prices with other sellers.Panstrat Integration: Transfer all stock-related information to Panstrat software.
