Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 3+ years management experience in a sit-down Restaurant will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a busy front of house Restaurant operation.Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. References must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups essential.
