Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager / Project Manager to oversee the successful launch and ongoing operation of a 5 Star Lodge. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in hospitality management and project management. The General Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of lodge operations, from pre-opening planning and construction management to daily guest services and staff management.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Opening Planning and Development:Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.Create a detailed project plan, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
