Full job descriptionHire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dispatch Manager to join our client's team. As a Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of goods to customers. You will work closely with internal teams, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities::Plan and schedule the dispatch of goods to customersEnsure accuracy and completeness of all dispatch documentationMonitor the progress of deliveries and address any issues or delaysManage and optimize the use of vehicles and driversLiaise with suppliers and other stakeholders to coordinate deliveriesImplement and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on dispatch activities
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software
Experience
4 years experience as a Dispatch Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of dispatch procedures and logistics operations
