Job Description:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Boardroom Appointments, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent and client to your business unit. Your responsibilities will includeProactively engaging in business development activities to attract top clients.Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement.Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Utilising innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates.Conducting thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure quality placements.Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Demonstrated success in business development, including acquiring and managing key client accounts.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a Generalist role.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
