Education
Relevant tertiary EducationExtensive financial services collections and credit experience, experience in a senior leadership role preferably at a financial services institution or similar
Experience
Experience with working multiple campaigns, brands and projects simultaneouslyExperience in managing a collections team (soft and hard collections) with the ability to establish and maintain an efficient and productive working environment based on continuous and effective staff communication.
