Kendrick Recruitment is now searching for a skilled & experienced Maintenance Manager for an upmarket, 5* Hotel & Resort, situated in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of all hotel facilities, buildings, and equipmentDevelop and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespanConduct regular inspections of all hotel facilities, identifying and addressing any maintenance issuesOversee and manage a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling and assigning tasksManage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective maintenance solutionsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and standardsLiaise with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to guest experiences during maintenance activities
