Role PurposeLead a strategic, differentiated and effective talent attraction and acquisition function for Nedbank CIB (CIB) across all talent segments, delivering a market leading, competitive talent attraction and acquisition advantage as an outcome (achieving the right CIB people, in the right roles, with the right capabilities at the right time, at the right cost to serve).Job ResponsibilitiesLeverage deep talent attracting acquisition and business specific subject matter expertise to shape and implement a segmented and competitive talent attraction and acquisition strategy for CIB aligned with the group talent acquisition approach and execution model.Develop, facilitate, and manage CIB’s talent attraction and acquisition team’s execution of all phases of the recruitment process.Implement all hiring practices within group policy and governance frameworks.Provide relevant labour market insights to support CIB transformation and workforce considerations.Build an engaged, diverse, high performance team environment through a self-directed team with effective people and performance enablement and measurement that is aligned to agile ways of working.Ensure CIB talent attraction and acquisition processes are compliant with all relevant regulations.Successfully shift CIB talent competitiveness by continuously improving time to hire, cost to hire, talent retention, quality hire, time to productivity, return on line and employee experience.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
8-10 years experience in Talent Attraction and Acquisition with a proven track record in specialist strategic talent acquisition and attraction support in corporate & investment banking / financial services.
