Job Description:Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (German Speaking)Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times onboard the cruise shipTrain and develop new and existing housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as neededMonitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and ordering when necessaryCollaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiencesAdhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and reporting any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authoritiesAssist with scheduling and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources
