Position Description:The HR Services Consultant is responsible for offering front-line HR consultation and advice across all HR disciplines within HR Shared Services.This includes ensuring the provision of an excellent experience for employees across all TFG divisions/brands. This role will interface with Line Managers, employees as well as external stakeholders.As the HR Consultant, your responsibilities will be to:Deliver efficient first-time call resolution while providing an all-round superior service and excellent employee experienceResponsible for talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination and placement of candidates
