As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and processes. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related activities.Responsibilities:Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.Assist with HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and policy updates.
