Full job descriptionHire Resolve's client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team in Limpopo, working specifically in the mining industry. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and processes. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related activities.Responsibilities:Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.Assist with HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and policy updates.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.5 years experience working in the mining industry.Experience working as an HR Coordinator.Knowledge of Employee Equity Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Act.
Experience
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Extensive expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, absenteeism monitoring, leave management, employee transitions, labor relations, organizational change facilitation, timekeeping, comprehensive reporting, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
