Job Description

Key purpose:Enable cross-functional development teams to deliver quality software as effectively as possible whilst upholding the values, principles and practices of scrum methodology and the agile manifesto both personally and within the team. Work under moderate supervision by mentors and coaches to introduce new concepts and complex issues to the teams.Duties and responsibilities:Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costsDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within company and/or across the FRGParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee developmentHelp the Development Teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog itemsAsses and evaluate of the current Agile environment within allocated Development TeamsCoach the development teams in self-organization and cross-functionalityReview and report on the performance of the teamsImplement customer service solutions demonstrating the shared valuesDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
