Job Description

Responsibilities:Debriefing of PODs as per the SOP and ensure all details are captured on the Access system and record the driver delivery manifest on the debriefing report and sent to all relevant individuals (rectifications and claims to be debriefed and reported to Team Leader).Debriefing of returns (Full & Part) as per the SOP and ensure that debriefing report is completed accurately and that failed delivery invoices are endorsed by the customer.Ensure that the correct parcels are scanned back and coded correctly on Freightware and noted on the debriefing report.Ensure that the customer failed deliveries and company failed deliveries are sorted correctly to be handed to the Hub, Bookings department or to the Query cage awaiting authorization.
