To consult on strategic, and when required, on operational level to employer groups within the portfolio. To co-ordinate and facilitate between various role players such as medical schemes, GAP cover providers, primary care providers, etc. on behalf of clients and consultants within the portfolio, with the ultimate objective of owning the relationship of a portfolio of clients and in some instances working with other Principal Consultants.
