Job Description
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and business-orientated Business Support Specialist to work across the Personal Segment Suites & Advisory (PSAS) and DirectAxis Business Unit (DABU)—two strategically important business units focused on delivering inclusive, digitally-enabled financial solutions to a diverse customer base.This role is designed to support the identification and development of growth opportunities within existing portfolios, enabling new revenue streams and enhancing customer value. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business performance through research, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of innovative, customer-focused solutions.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong business acumen, a passion for data-driven insights, and the ability to collaborate across teams and functions to drive measurable impact.This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the respective business units, offering strategic exposure and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to both transformation and growth agendas.
