Job Description
To manage and administer Operational Risk and Investigate and reports on risk within the company and liaises with auditors to reduce risk in the companyAre you someone who can:Document risks and controls in accordance with FirstRand standards and frameworksEnsure appropriate levels of management and accountabilityLiaise with Legal, Risk and Compliance teams and committees to communicate, escalate and obtain sign-off forms on risk and process mattersIdentify, assess and take necessary steps to manage risk to an acceptable levelEnsure adherence to relevant statutory requirementsEnsure adhere to FirstRand Group procedures and audit requirementsUnderstand the end-to-end operational risk processes and how to optimise it.Operational risk management, governance and reportingFacilitate the identification, assessment, and relevant mitigation of operational risk in line with the ORMFPlan and manage own workflow anticipating obstacles juggling priorities and following through on objectives within agreed time frames and according to quality standardsExcellent: written and spoken communications skills
