Job PurposeThe main purpose of the job will be to drive the digital learning adoption, establish and implement effective development structures for the Learning and Development Team and establish and implement Technical Coaching and Mentoring structures and programs for both the Learning and Development Team and Learners Artisans.Key AccountabilitiesDrive the Digital Learning Adoption Strategy.Leading the digital learning campaigns.Consolidation and publishing of the Learning Connection.Understand the digital learning needs of the L&D team and the Energy Business.Assist with curation of the relevant digital learning content.Implementation of the Learning and Development Team development program.Understand the development gaps and development needs.Establish and implement an effective competency framework for the Learning and Enablement Team.Development of succession plans.Establish and implement an onboarding program.Implement and monitor the effectiveness of the LP career path.Consolidate the generic training needs.Establish and implement Technical Coaching and Mentoring governance structures.

Relevant University Bachelor's Degree in Education or Economic and Management Science6+ years within a Learning and Development role
