This role is essential to ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and manage Work in Progress (WIP) based on repairs and servicesDispatch and allocate technicians to breakdowns and retail workProvide customer feedback and handle service queriesCapture job cards and follow up on outstanding documentationReserve parts for accepted quotes and jobsPlan and invoice load tests and servicesMaintain and update WIP and service reportsPerform general administrative duties

Education
Ability to work accurately under pressureStrong interpersonal skills to liaise with technicians, foremen, and customers
Experience
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a service coordination roleStrong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with Autoline is essential
