The incumbent will be responsible for the underwriting of the WealthInsure portfolio with the explicit goal to achieve sustained profitable growth, the management includes determining and changing underwriting rules, pricing and cover provided in conjunction with.The individual will design intelligent rules for referral underwriting decisions and be knowledgeable and experienced to provide creative and innovative solutions for business partners.
Responsibilities + Skills
Good knowledge to analyse other underwriters offering, policy terms and conditions and to compare cover to the SIL offering and individual product offering and information.Identify gaps in existing policy terms and conditions and be able to close these gaps with the correct products and cover
Education
Experience in managing a personal lines portfolioMinimum 5 years underwriting experience in Short term insurance
