To provide advice, support and guidance to committee members on governance matters, ensuring effective and efficient functioning of all committees by adopting an appropriate standard of governance. To ensure compliance with the applicable statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements for management committees.

Education
Experience
Experience in risk and governance within the banking industry is required. Previous experience as a Committee Secretary for a Credit Committee is essential. Proven ability to use BoardBooks or equivalent committee management software.
