Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Monitors and interprets Talent Acquisition data to identify trends and suggests and implements actions to address.Effectively manages Talent Acquisition costs including agency costs.
Experience
Registered Psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist would be advantageous.6 - 10 years Recruitment experience and at least 3 years talent lead/management experience.
