Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage the remote software engineering team and troubleshoot technical issues that involve software development, engineering tasks and product releases.This role requires you to develop alongside the team management duties.Its a hybrid dev / manager position.You will oversee the development team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, identify risks, and manage agile delivery whilst contributing in a development capacity.You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.You should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems.
