Responsibilities:Provide technical support and assistance to customersDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on all IOS DevicesConduct repairs and replacements of faulty components in accordance with the company's guidelines and standardsAssist customers in setting up and configuring their devicesUpsell and promote company products, accessories, and services based on customer needsEffectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable mannerHandle challenging customer situations with patience, empathy, and professionalismCollaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issuesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and transactions
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
A+ certification or equivalent.N+ certification or equivalent.BTech in a relevant IT field is preferred but not mandatory
Experience
