This role involves understanding customer needs, explaining policy features, and guiding customers through the purchasing process to ensure they select the best insurance solutions for their requirements.The agent will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Education
RE5 and FAIS certifications is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of FSB compliance, including the Code of Conduct and relevant legislation such as the NCA and POPI Act.
