Full job descriptionMrprice Money is looking for Recoveries/Trace Call Centre Agents who will be responsible for improving debtor contact and collections/recoveries by tracing uncontactable customers whose accounts are in arrears.The Recoveries/Trace Call Centre Agents will be tasked with conducting thorough research and customising tracing methods/searches to suit the unique circumstances of each debtor by utilising a diverse array of legal and investigative services to effectively track down the debtor.

Education
Experience
A minimum of 6 - 12 months Experience in Collections/RecoveriesRecoveries Tracing Tools (TU direct, XDS etc.) experience (advantageous)
