Full job descriptionThis role is responsible for enabling and managing the coordination and alignment of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives that strive to achieve meaningful transformation beyond mere legislative compliance. These initiatives are carefully aligned with the Group's People & Organizational Effectiveness (OE) strategy, ensuring a holistic and impactful approach to fostering an inclusive environment. This role is also dedicated to creating awareness through various channels, bringing important DEIB conversations to the forefront. Additionally, it involves project management and facilitating the effective implementation of action plans to bring these initiatives to life.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
1. In partnership with Group Exco, review and update company Transformation Strategy to include relevant progress within company and ensure the strategy remains relevant and aligned to the OE strategy.
Experience
5 -10 years+ experience in a Transformation role.DEIB principles and frameworks.
