To support Standard Bank Offshore business in clarifying business requirements, documenting associated user stories and acceptance criteria, through in-work collaboration with business stakeholders, cross functional teams and product owners contributing to the accurate and effective end-to-end delivery of expectations. Reporting into the Head: Client Experience with a focus on User Experience Design.
