Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or related fieldSalesforce Administrator, Business Analyst and Platform App Builder certifications required with additional certification in Sales Cloud and Agentforce Specialist being an advantage35 Years Salesforce experience in a professional service enterprise or financial services environmentProven experience in requirements gathering, feature design, and user story creation
