FNB Connect and Service Provider is looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Systems Analyst Team Leader to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and producing systems requirement that support the implementation of the solutions. Are you someone who can:Analyze detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to develop systems specification requirements.Create conceptual and technical systems designs like data models, interface designs, and workflow diagrams.Analyze existing company processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and automation.Perform feasibility studies to evaluate proposed system solutions.Collaborate with development teams to test systems.Create comprehensive documentation for all stages of the research, design, implementation, and maintenance stages of a project.Liaise with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure clear communication of project objectives and deliverables.Participate in system testing to ensure developed systems meet quality standards.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities + Skills
Have a BSc in Computer Science or Information SystemsTechnology (Honours/ Btech Degree would be an advantage)5+ years of experience in a similar roleUnderstand both the technical points of Systems Analysis, as well as the business drives and needs.
