PurposeThis is a specialized critical function within the business unit that supports the strategic intent and vision of the voluntary asset disposal channel to grow fresh starts by delivering on the needs of clients faced by the adversity of being in financial distress.Job ResponsibilitiesSell & negotiate the NAS Value Proposition to clients in financial distress to take up the voluntary sale (NAS Program).Create lead opportunity through liaising with internal stakeholders to increasing voluntary sales.Technical ability to utilize the enhanced NAS profit & loss calculation to demonstrate, educate and influence take up.Leverage property market intelligence to price counsel clients with valuation disputes to consider and enroll for Nedbank assisted sales.Consulting and reviewing Lightstone to price council the client around the current market trendsMitigate risk by driving a strong due diligence and by ensuring that internal policy requirements are appliedNavigate between various property portals / systems to compile critical feedback to client regarding the value achieved on property and suburb trends (i.e. Lightstone / PropDotGo (Physical Internal Valuation)/ CMA reports/ Prop24/Private Property/ etc.).Reviewing previously campaigned matters and gather Learnings from it and where we could potentially dedicate focus to increase uptake of the NAS programEnsure great customer experience by executing well ahead of SLA and TAT.Manage inflow from internal & extern
