Our 5-star luxury game lodge in the Pilanesberg National Park is looking for a passionate and purpose driven leader to drive our culinary experiences and ensure service excellence remains the hallmark of our property.Summary Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging the F&B footprint in its entirety which includes all restaurant, bars, room service and conferencing & events operations.Leading the team to deliver outstanding guest and staff service experiences and performance.Managing the F&B budget and achieving operational profitability by driving sales targets and managing costs.
