Job Description
To assist and deputise in the absence of the Front Office Administration Manager; the Management and Operations of the Front Office Department, and to ensure that the standards as laid down by the company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to, in order to achieve the highest occupancy percentage at the best possible average room rate. To provide the best possible standard in service to all guests that is in line with Legacy Hotels and Resorts’ Policies and Procedures.

Experience
At least 2 years experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager in a similar 4 or 5 Star HotelExceptionally fluent in EnglishHigh Level of computer literacy with emphasis on Opera & Microsoft Office
