Large Hotel in Bantry Bay is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join their dynamic team. The Assistant Front Office Manager will assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department and support and execute all duties and task given by the Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Manager.Duties:Supervising the daily front desk activities according to the set guidelinesPrioritising and delegating of daily work responsibilities to front desk staff.Train and guide front desk staff to provide quality customer services.Managing staffing schedules, shift changes and payroll.Resolving of guest issues and enquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities + Skills
Proven experience working within the hotel industry as an Assistant Front Office Manager.Computer literateAbility to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Minimum Requirements+3 Years Experience as a Front Office Manager or AssistantHospitality Management Qualification would be an added advantage.
