Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in food cost, kitchen hygiene, and kitchen administration. The restaurant is seeking a candidate with a hands-on management style and the ability to multitask. Applicants must be well-groomed and well-spoken, will be expected to be on the Restaurant floor from time to time.
