Job PurposeThe Business Development Technical Support Co-ordinator will be responsible for coordination of the responsibilities of the Technical Support Team. This role forms part of the Technical Support Team. This team is responsible for the formal competence, industry competency and other holistic technical support requirements of the business development teams of Glacier, including the international team and Partner teams. The team also supports the Glacier Business Development Team in ensuring the expertise of the support structures of all distribution channels.
