Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Have at least 1-3 years' experience in a long-term insurance call center environmentHas a matric certificate or an equivalent qualification/certificate
Experience
Has experience in Long term insurance customer serviceExperience in assisting clients via email or telephone whereby the customer will give you a clear instruction on what and how they need to amend their current policy
